Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Soul Notes Affirmations mobile application ("App") provided by Cloud Web Solutions ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscription Terms
Soul Notes Affirmations offers an auto-renewable subscription:
Duration: 1 month • Price: as displayed in the App Store
Free Trial: 7 days (if applicable)Auto-Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
2. Payments
All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse, copy, or distribute the App or its content without permission.
4. User Content
Any affirmations or content you create are stored locally or associated with your account (if signed in). You are responsible for the content you create.
5. Account & Data
If you sign in, limited account data may be stored securely using Firebase services. Please refer to our About Us page for more details.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if Terms are violated.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

This app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):
